After your purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to take the assessment. Then you'll answer a series of 175 questions in about 20 - 35 minutes. When you're finished, just submit your questionnaire and you'll get an email back with a PDF of your customized profile report. (Many people like to print it out so they can mark it up and refer to the report often.)

In order to maximize your Assessment-taking experience, we encourage you to set a time and place aside where you can take the iEQ9 uninterrupted on a day when you are feeling like yourself. Then, take a deep breath and answer the questions to the best of your ability! Try not to be too swayed by your temporal circumstances; answer as to what is generally most true of you.

Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds for the report, because the report is automatically delivered upon completion and there's no way for you to return it.

It will take about 20 - 45 minutes to go through your assessment. 5 - 10 minutes after completing the assessment, your report will automatically be delivered via email. If your don't receive your report within 10 minutes, it has likely been blocked by your email provider. Please contact our support and we will send it to you manually.
